Credits-based digital product

Bulin 47 AI Filter is a credits-based digital product. You buy credits (one-time packs or a subscription) and spend them to generate videos. There is no physical good to return.

Failed or stuck generations

If a generation fails, the credits for that attempt are refunded to your account automatically. Stuck or stale tasks that never finish are also refunded automatically — you do not need to open a ticket for those cases.

Unused one-time credit packs

Unused one-time credit packs may be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase, if none of the credits from that pack have been spent. Once any credit from the pack has been used, that pack is no longer eligible for a cash refund except where required by law.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. You keep access and unused period credits until then. Canceling does not by itself refund the current period.

How money refunds are issued

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo) acting as Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake sells and invoices the purchase and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. Approved cash refunds are issued by Waffo Pancake, not from our servers. Card data never touches our servers.

Credit refunds for failed or stuck generations are applied to your account automatically and are not a cash payout.
